4. Project status
Mountain Streams Resort & Casino is a planned resort on the Hardangerfjord in Vestland, western Norway. The exact location is to be announced. The resort has not been built, is not open and does not accept guests, bookings or payments. The opening date is to be announced.
All images on the website are artist’s impressions. Layouts, areas and finishes may change during construction. All areas, capacities and numbers given are project figures and may change. There are no prices, opening hours or guest reviews on the website, because there is nothing yet to price, open or review.
The entertainment and gaming lounge is subject to licensing. Land-based casinos are not currently permitted in Norway, and the lounge will open only if the law allows it and the necessary permit is granted.
5. Responsible gaming
If the gaming lounge opens, it will be for adults aged 18 and over only. Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to make money or to solve problems. If you are worried about your own gambling or someone else’s, free, anonymous help is available in Norway from Hjelpelinjen, the national helpline for gambling problems, on 800 800 40 or at hjelpelinjen.no.
The quiz nights and riddles in Kvasir’s Hall and on this website are played purely for fun, with no stakes and no money or prizes of money’s worth. They are not a form of gambling.
6. Statement on alcohol
This website does not advertise alcoholic beverages. In keeping with Norwegian law, which prohibits the advertising of alcohol, the orchards of Hardanger are presented here through apples, blossom, the harvest, juice and walks. Where Norse myth is mentioned, it is mentioned as a story, not as a product.
7. Other trade marks
The Mountain Streams Resort & Casino name and logo are used by the website owner for this project. The names of other resorts that appear on the website, mentioned once in the questions and answers for comparison, are the property of their respective owners. We have no connection with them, and their mention does not imply any endorsement.
